Party like it's 2012

I'm spending the last few hours of 2011 reminiscing what a good year it was for me. I can't help but think how blessed I am for all those answered prayers. There were a lot of times that I felt I won big time but there were also pit stops, u-turns, road-blocks and even yields that happened to my life. There were mistakes and lessons that I learned but the good things are I realized that I matured and became a stronger woman that I never imagined I will be. 

I started the year with travels, that totally summed up my whole year. 

In January, I visited again my most favorite city in the world, Hong Kong. The weather, the whole place, food and the fond memories. I would surely be going back there again and gain.

Last February, I learned my most important lesson. Singapore with my college friends. Fun memories.

I also received an answered prayer and to show how truly God works in our life. He gave a much better opportunity for me and that is an opportunity to travel around the Philippines for work. 

I've been to Cebu this year for three times and every visit is an interesting one. Here we were dining at the top of Crowne Regency Hotel and experienced walking at the edge of the building!



Cebu has always been a special place for me since my Dad was based here and visited him a couple of times and the previous Jerry event. So I feel really blessed to be back there so I went back to Basilica del Sto. Nino to give thanks.

I also went to Iloilo and glad that I had the chance to attend mass at the Jaro Church. One of the rare times that I felt so into the mass. They actually sang most of the part of the mass and that gives a very solemn feeling for me. What an experience.

One of the perks of traveling is the food! I'm always gaining a few pounds whenever I'm on a provincial trips!

Got the chance to also visit a famous UNESCO Site, Miag-ao Church also at Iloilo.

I'm also thankful for my friends new and old for going the ride with me. Life would be harder without these guys.

And of course the most important part of my life.I think life wouldn't be that enjoyable if I have all these things without them. Too bad because we thought  that our brother, Jovic will spend the holidays with us but unfortunately, he went again to States for work. Anyhow, we're still thankful that at least he was here for a couple of months.

We also have another addition to our family, Karishma Therese. The best gift that our family received for Christmas. Oh, and this 2012, we will have another addition to our growing family, Margret. :)

2011 was really a good year for me.

So what I've been praying for this year?

Good health for my family and more wisdom and determination so that I can fulfill my dreams. :)
